If you do not complete Online Check-in, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least 2 ½ hours prior to the published sailing time.

For online check-in please use these links:

Royal Caribbean International: https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/beforeyouboard/boardingDocuments.do

We recommend you download the app from the App Store or Google Play prior to your departure date. There is no cost for the app and it works with ship Wi-Fi even if you do not purchase a Wi-Fi package.

The new Royal Caribbean app is designed to assist you during your cruise by providing details about your planned activities and maps for each deck of the ship. You can even book shore excursions and reserve onboard activities right from your mobile device.

*Online Check-in and any Cruise Planner purchases must be completed at least 4 days prior to the sail date. Online Check-in may not be available for some sailings.

Please make sure that you arrive to the pier at least 2 ½ hours before the scheduled sailing time and allow at least 2 ½ hours to disembark the ship at the end of the cruise.

Dining

While we will make every effort to accommodate the guests dining preference request up to the day of sailing, second seating may not be available due to high demand. Alternate casual dining and 24 hours room service is available on all our ships. A room service is complimentary for serving complimentary breakfast, otherwise all room service requests will be charged per delivery. Guests in suites can request a full menu for each meal to be served in their suite, this will be complimentary for Grand Suites and above.

Royal Caribbean My Time Dining::  This is a dining concept that allows guests flexibility with evening dining in the main dining room. Guests can decide when they would like to dine between the hours of 6:00- 9:30 PM (times vary by ship) each evening; much like a regular restaurant, however, we strongly encourage reservations to ensure the best service and to avoid any potential wait times. Guests can also reserve dining times in advance of cruising.

Pregnancy Health Requirements and Other Medical Services: Royal Caribbean International welcomes pregnant guests but will not accept guests who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation. A physician’s “Fit to Travel” note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) the guest’s pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that the guest is in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.

Please contact your doctor for advice and the most up-to-date health requirements for the booked destinations. There is a medical center, staffed by qualified doctors and/or nurses who will assist the guest who will feel sick onboard

For ships originating in South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the minimum drinking age is 18 years old. There is no corkage fee when consumed in any shipboard restaurant, bar or dining venue. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports of call or from onboard shops will be stored by the ship and delivered to guest staterooms on the last day of the sailing.

Security may inspect containers (water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, luggage etc.) and will dispose of containers holding alcohol.

Guest Conduct Policy may be enforced, up to and including disembarkation, if a guest violates any alcohol policy. Guests under the age limits above will not have alcohol returned to them. Guests who violate any alcohol policies, (over consume, provide alcohol to people under stated age above, demonstrate irresponsible behavior, or attempt to conceal alcoholic items at security and or luggage check points or any other time), may be disembarked or not allowed to board, at their own expense, in accordance with our Guest Conduct Policy – Royal Caribbean.
