Non – Refundable Deposit (NRD) fare was introduced by Royal Caribbean Group to provide the guests with the lowest available fare at the time of booking. Your bookings will be in deposit penalty from the time of confirmation and standard cancellation charges applies after the deposit penalty period.
The exact location of your stateroom on the ship will be allocated at any time until checking in at the port. Once the guaranteed stateroom has been allocated to the guests there will be no changes requested at the last minute. If the guests have a specific requirement regarding the stateroom, or stateroom location or are traveling with family or friends you want to be near then we suggest you do not book a guaranteed cabin.

It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all required travel documents for the entire cruise vacation and have them available when necessary. Guests who do not possess the proper documentation will be denied from embarkation.
For your protection, we recommend that guest’s passport must be valid at least six months after the completion of the trip. Check applicable visa requirements with the embassies of the countries you will be visiting during the cruise at the time of booking.
It is important that the name on your reservation must be exactly as it is stated on your passport or other official proof of nationality. If your name has changed since your document was issued (e.g., marriage/divorce), it is required that you update the document with the new name or provide an official supporting document of the name change. Otherwise, it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding.
No refunds will be given to guest who fail to bring proper documentation.
It is the responsibility of the guest/s or Travel Agent/s to ensure names and date of birth are as per the travel documents as under security considerations, any variations can result in denied boarding. The guests are requested to take appropriate personal travel insurance in order to cover any last-minute cancellations as the Cruise Line nor Safeen Tourism LLC (Royal Caribbean Arabia) will not consider waiver of the cancellation penalties under any circumstances.
Assist Card is not a travel insurance company but a traveler’s assistance organization. Its services include luggage tracking, replacing lost travel documents, legal assistance and concierge services. Services are available worldwide through its network. Reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week- at their local or nearest Assistance Center. It is customary to offer tips to staff members who you feel have given you good service and personal attention. We do offer the option to pre-pay your on board tips in advance of your holiday. These gratuities apply to guests of all ages. Gratuities for other service personnel are at your discretion. If you wish to decline this service, you must do so at the time of booking and tips will be payable in US Dollars on board. A standard gratuity of 18% is automatically added to the price of drinks from the cocktail lounges, bars and beauty treatments.

Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing, guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to their cruise. If you do not complete Online Check-in, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least 2 ½ hours prior to the published sailing time.

Please make sure that you arrive to the pier at least 2 ½ hours before the scheduled sailing time and allow at least 2 ½ hours to disembark the ship at the end of the cruise.
While we will make every effort to accommodate the guests dining preference request up to the day of sailing, second seating may not be available due to high demand. Alternate casual dining and 24 hours room service is available on all our ships.
A room service is complimentary for serving complimentary breakfast, otherwise all room service requests will be charged per delivery. Guests in suites can request a full menu for each meal to be served in their suite, this will be complimentary for Grand Suites and above.
My Time Dining: This is a dining concept that allows guests flexibility with evening dining in the main dining room. Guests can decide when they would like to dine between the hours of 6:00- 9:30 PM (times vary by ship) each evening; much like a regular restaurant, however, we strongly encourage reservations to ensure the best service and to avoid any potential wait times. Guests can also reserve dining times in advance of cruising.

Individual staterooms may only be occupied solely by minors where such staterooms are adjacent or connecting to the stateroom of the parents or legal guardian of the minor.
Minors travelling with an adult(s) who is not the parent or legal guardian shall be required to present (a) minor’s valid passport, (b) all applicable visas and (c) where the minor is under the age of 18, an original affirmed or notarized letter signed by at least one of the child’s parents/legal guardians. The letter must authorize the traveling adult to take the minor/s on the specified cruise and must authorize the traveling adult to supervise the child, sign applicable sports waivers and permit any medical treatment that must be administered to the child which in the opinion of the treating doctor needs to be carried out without delay. A letter can be affirmed or notarized by any practicing lawyer, notary or commissioner for oaths. If such evidence is not produced, the minor(s) concerned will not be permitted to board the ship or undertake the cruise.
Parents/legal guardian travelling with a child who has different surname to the Parents/legal guardian, will be required to produce official proof such as a full birth certificate/ wedding certificate/ divorce papers / legal guardianship to prove that they the Parents/legal guardian of the child concerned.
Individual staterooms can be booked by married couples whose minimum age is 16 years old. Proof of marriage is required at the time of booking.
Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise and/or Cruise Tour. However, for transatlantic, transpacific, Hawaii, select South American and other selected cruises and/or Cruise Tours, the infant must be at least 12 months old as of the first day of the cruise/Cruise Tour. For the purposes of this policy, any cruise that has 3 or more days consecutive at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise/Cruise Tour.
Please be aware that guests travelling with a young infant that does not meet the infant policy will be denied boarding.
No refunds or other compensation shall be due from the Cruise Line nor Safeen Tourism LLC (Royal Caribbean Arabia) to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an under aged minor and infant or other accompanying guests. The Cruise Line reserves the right to ask for proof of age.
Royal Caribbean International welcomes pregnant guests but will not accept guests who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation. A physician’s “Fit to Travel” note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) the guest’s pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that the guest is in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.

The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages depends on the location of the ship at the start of the cruise itinerary. For ships originating in South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the minimum drinking age is 18 years old. For ships originating in North America and Canada, the minimum drinking age is 21 years old. The minimum age to consume alcohol at private destinations remains 21 years old regardless where the sailing originated.
The Cruise Line reserve the right, on rare occasions, to raise the minimum age requirement of alcohol consumption on any sailing when local laws require or permit such a modification.
Guests are allowed to bring aboard, on embarkation day only, two bottles (750 mL) of wine or champagne within their stateroom. There is no corkage fee when consumed in any shipboard restaurant, bar or dining venue. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports of call or from onboard shops will be stored by the ship and delivered to guest staterooms on the last day of the sailing.
Security may inspect containers (water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, luggage etc.) and will dispose of containers holding alcohol.
Guest Conduct Policy may be enforced, up to and including disembarkation, if a guest violates any alcohol policy. Guests under the age limits above will not have alcohol returned to them. Guests who violate any alcohol policies, (over consume, provide alcohol to people under stated age above, demonstrate irresponsible behavior, or attempt to conceal alcoholic items at security and or luggage check points or any other time), may be disembarked or not allowed to board, at their own expense, in accordance with our Guest Conduct Policy – Royal Caribbean , Celebrity Cruises & Azamara
Cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette and pipe smoking are permitted in designated outdoor areas. To assist in locating these areas, guests will find visible signage posted within all smoking areas and ashtrays are provided for use.
Onboard interior public spaces are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, theater, bar, lounge, hallway, elevator, corridor and jogging track.
Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom and stateroom balcony. This applies to all stateroom categories onboard. If a guest is in violation of this stateroom policy, a cleaning fee will be applied and may be subject to further action.
Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. Cigar and pipe tobacco is limited to designated outdoor areas and Cigar Bars.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard.
Guests who violate this smoking policy may be subject to further action pursuant to the ‘Consequences Section’ of this Guest Conduct Policy.
